Dolly Parton fans are everywhere.
And rightly so. Dolly Parton is a well-known and well-loved celebrity, songwriter, film star and philanthropist.
She made her first record and appeared on the Grand Ol’ Opry at the tender age of thirteen. And when she graduated high school, she headed straight for Nashville and the “big time.”
Dolly's first break came when she stopped by a Nashville television studio in 1967 to shop a few of her latest songs to the country star Porter Wagoner.
The rest is history.
