CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

A class you register for from The Rock and Roll Professor may be refunded by contacting customer service at Rob@theRockandRollProfessor.com. Of course, we want you to attend the class if at all possible for the best way to enjoy the content. But we realize sometimes this is just not feasible after signing up for a course in advance to attend when life gets in the way. We remind you that if you cannot attend a lecture, you can still watch the replay of the lecture online. Conditions for a full refund require an email request for a refund 24 hours prior to the course start time. It’s that easy.

We also want to remind you that should you make the request for a refund and still attend that class, your request will not be honored.
